Henry has been involved directly and indirectly with Optimum Coal for the past 24 years and has contributed greatly to the success of both Optimum Collieries and the Optimum Group. The replacement for his role will be announced in due course and until such time, Fanie de Waal (Acting General Manager: Optimum Collieries) and Piet Steyn (General Manager: Koornfontein Mines) will be reporting directly to the CEO on all operational matters.
