Metorex the focused base metals mining company, announces the resignation of    
Darryll Castle the Company`s Chief Operating Officer with effect from 30 April  
2011.   Darryll has decided to pursue a career elsewhere and the Company wishes 
him well with his new endeavour.  We thank him for his valuable contribution    
over the past two years.
