DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE OML SHARE INSTALMENT      
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for OLD MUTUAL PLC        
ORDINARY SHARES (OML) and that as a result of the dividend declaration relating 
to OLD MUTUAL PLC ORDINARY SHARES (OML))Trustees of the Share Instalment have   
declared a dividend amount of  31.51 cents per OMLNIH share instalment that is  
payable on Tuesday, 31 May  2011.                                               
The last day to trade cum dividend is Friday, 08 April 2011. The share          
instalment will commence trading ex dividend from Monday, 11 April 2011 and the 
record date is Friday, 15 April 2011.
