Shareholders are advised that BSI has appointed Sasfin Capital, a division of   
Sasfin Bank Limited, as its designated advisor with effect from Friday, 1 April 
2011.                                                                           
Vunani Corporate Finance has, by agreement with the company, resigned as        
designated advisor to BSI with effect from 31 March 2011.
