March 2011 that the Stay & Prosper Plan award granted to Mark Munroe, a PDMR, on
28  March 2008 vested yesterday to the extent of 50% resulting in the release of
1,218 shares, all of which were sold in London at a price of GBP16.5404.        
Following  this  notification, Mr Munroe holds a total of 9,937  shares  in  the
Company.
