The reasons for the SRP Ruling are available from the SRP on request. Any interested party who wishes to appeal, in terms of Section A paragraph 2(d) of the Code, against the SRP Ruling shall have three business days from the date of this announcement, (i.e. until 17h00 on 31 March 2011) to raise such an appeal with the SRP.
