Shareholders are advised that Sea Kay is in the process of finalising its       
results for the six months ended 31 December 2010 and has a reasonable          
degree of certainty that it will report a basic and headline loss of between    
1 and 3 cents per share for that period.                                        
The financial information on which this trading statement is based has not      
been reviewed or reported on by the company`s auditors.
