SBL - Sable Holdings Limited - Trading statement SABLE HOLDINGS LIMITED (INCORPORATED IN THE REPUBLIC OF SOUTH AFRICA) (REGISTRATION NUMBER 1968/010636/06) ("SABLE") SHARE CODE: SBL ISIN: ZAE000006383 TRADING STATEMENT In terms of paragraph 3.4 (b) of the JSE Limited ("JSE") Listings Requirements, companies are required to publish a trading statement as soon as they become reasonably certain that the financial results for the period to be reported upon differ by at least 20% from that of the previous corresponding period. Sable shareholders are accordingly advised that: Earnings per share ("EPS") for the six months ended 31 December 2010 are expected to be 19.9% higher compared to the EPS for the six months ended 31 December 2009. Headline earnings per share for the six months ended 31 December 2010 are expected to be 291.2% higher compared to the headline loss per share for the six months ended 31 December 2009. The financial information on which this trading statement is based on has not been reviewed or reported on by Sable`s auditors. The results for the six months ended 31 December 2010 are expected to be published on or about 30 March 2011.
