The per share comparatives have been restated as required by IFRS 3 - Business Combinations following the reverse acquisition of Dynamic Cables RSA Limited on 1 June 2010. The financial information on which this trading statement is based has not been reviewed or reported on by the company`s auditors. Cape Empowerment`s reviewed results for the 12 months ended 31 December 2010 are expected to be published on or about 30 March 2011.
