DLG - Dialogue - Trading Statement DIALOGUE GROUP HOLDINGS LIMITED (Incorporated in the Republic of South Africa) (Registration Number: 2005/039219/06) Share Code: DLG ISIN: ZAE000083820 ("Dialogue" or "the Group") TRADING STATEMENT In accordance with paragraph 3.4(b) of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, companies are required to inform shareholders as soon as there is a reasonable degree of certainty that the earnings of the company are likely to vary by more than 20% compared to the previous corresponding period. Dialogue`s board of directors advises shareholders that a reasonable degree of certainty exists that the Group will report a headline earnings per share for the year ended 31 December 2010 of between 5.8 cents and 11.6 cents (2009: headline loss per share of 28.8 cents). Dialogue is expecting a headline loss per share from continuing operations of between 4.0 cents and 4.6 cents compared to a headline loss per share of 3.0 cents for the 2009 period in respect of the comparable continuing operations. A basic earnings per share for the year ended 31 December 2010 is expected to be between 13.2 cents and 19.6 cents (2009: basic loss per share of 32.3 cents). Dialogue is expecting a basic loss per share from continuing operations of between 4.0 cents and 4.6 cents, compared to a basic loss per share of 3.0 cents for the 2009 period in respect of the comparable continuing operations.
