RAC - RACEC Group Limited - Declaration of Dividend RACEC Group Limited Incorporated in the Republic of South Africa (Registration Number 1998/006153/06) Share code: RAC ISIN: ZAE000105409 ("RACEC" or "the Company") DECLARATION OF DIVIDEND The board of directors of RACEC ("the board") have resolved to declare a final dividend of 2.5 cents per share for the year ended 30 September 2010, in accordance with the Company`s policy to declare a third of profits after tax as dividends. At a previous board meeting, the board thought it conservative to defer a dividend declaration until there was more certainty regarding the cash flows. Following a subsequent board meeting held in March 2011, the board has assessed the cash flows and decided to declare a dividend. The dividend will be funded from the profits of the Company. The dividend will be payable to shareholders recorded in the share register of the Company at the close of business on the record date appearing below. The salient dates applicable to the dividend are as follows: Last day to trade cum dividend Friday, 25 March 2011 Shares trade ex dividend Monday, 28 March 2011 Record date Friday, 1 April 2011 Payment date Monday, 4 April 2011 Share certificates may not be dematerialised or rematerialised between Monday, 28 March 2011 and Friday, 1 April 2011, both dates inclusive.
