Notification is hereby given that Shane Meyer has left Howden and his departure 
is effective immediately.                                                       
The remuneration and nominations committee of the board of Howden has been      
tasked to interview and recommend a suitable candidate for appointment as       
financial director, and the outcome of these deliberations will be announced in 
due course.                                                                     
The board wishes Shane well in his future endeavors.
