NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING                                                
Lonrho (AIM: LONR) wishes to advise that the Annual General Meeting of          
shareholders will be held at The Great Hall, Merchant Taylors` Hall, 30         
Threadneedle Street, London EC2R 8JB on Thursday 31st March 2011 at 11.00 a.m.  
The Notice of Meeting, together with a form of proxy, will be posted to         
shareholders today. A copy of the Circular to Shareholders and Notice of Meeting
is available on the Investors section of the Company`s website at
