EXL - Excellerate Holdings Limited - Trading Statement Excellerate Holdings Limited (Incorporated in the Republic of South Africa) (Registration number 1997/009884/06) JSE code: EXL ISIN: ZAE000026092 ("Excellerate") TRADING STATEMENT In terms of the JSE Limited Listing Requirements ("Listings Requirements"), companies are required to publish a trading statement as soon as they are reasonably certain that the financial results for the current reporting period will differ by more than 20% from those of the previous corresponding period. In accordance with the Listing Requirements, Excellerate can report that its basic earnings per share for the six month period ended 31 December 2010 are expected to be between 27% and 37% higher than those for the comparative six month period ended 31 December 2009. Headline earnings per share for the six month period ended 31 December 2010 are expected to be between 34% and 44% higher than those for the comparative six month period ended 31 December 2009. The above calculations have been based on 217.915 million (2009: 217.436 million) weighted average shares in issue. The results for the six months ended 31 December 2010 are expected to be published on or about 25 March 2011.
