The special resolution will be submitted for registration with the Companies and Intellectual Property Registration Office ("CIPRO") in due course. Changes to the board of directors In compliance with rule 3.59 of the JSE Listings Requirements, we advise that Mr R G Cottrell has been re-appointed to the board of directors of Glenrand MIB with immediate effect. The re-appointment is as a result of the extensive role that Mr Cottrell has played up to this time as Chairman of the Committee that was formed to consider the Aon transaction and the Board believes it is in the best interests of the company that Mr Cottrell remain as a director until the conclusion of the Aon transaction.
