PMM - Premium Properties Limited - Results of rights offer Premium Properties Limited (Incorporated in the Republic of South Africa) (Registration number 1994/003601/06) JSE share code: PMM ISIN: ZAE000009254 ("Premium" or "the Company") Results of Rights Offer Further to the circular to Premium linked unitholders posted on 7th February 2011, regarding a renounceable rights offer of 26 666 667 Premium linked units at an issue price of 1 500 cents per linked unit in the ratio of 20.5 rights offer units for every 100 Premium linked units held, linked unitholders are advised that 26 666 667 linked units were subscribed for as follows: 19 924 894 linked units in terms of linked unitholders` pro rata entitlement based on their existing unitholding; and 6 741 773 linked units in terms of the underwriting, consisting of the allocation of 4 208 440 linked units to RMB Securities (Proprietary) Limited and 2 533 333 linked units to the Consortium, being the Wapnick Family and Octodec Investments Limited, in the ratio of 66:34 respectively. Broker accounts of dematerialised linked unitholders or their renouncees, who have followed their rights, will be updated and accounts credited by their CSDP or broker today.
