SALIENT DATES ANNOUNCEMENT: REVISION OF OPTION TO ACQUIRE REMAINING 49% OF LITHA
HEALTHCARE HOLDINGS (PROPRIETARY) LIMITED ("LITHA HEALTHCARE")                  
Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 6 December    
2010 advising that Litha Healthcare Group and the remaining shareholders of     
Litha Healthcare had entered into an agreement, amending the terms of the put   
and call option in respect of the balance of the shares in Litha Healthcare not 
already owned by Litha Healthcare Group (namely 49% of the issued share capital 
of Litha Healthcare) ("the transaction").                                       
A circular relating to the transaction was dispatched to Litha Healthcare Group 
shareholders yesterday, 24 February 2011. A general meeting of Litha Healthcare 
Group shareholders will be held at 14:00 on Friday, 11 March 2011, at the       
registered offices of Litha Healthcare Group, Manta Place, Turnberry Office     
Park, 48 Grosvenor Road, Bryanston, 2021, Sandton.
