RMHIDD - Investec Bank Limited - Adjustment to the terms and conditions of RMHIDD INVESTEC BANK LIMITED ADJUSTMENT TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF RMHIDD ZAE000152401 As a result of the RMB Holdings Limited ("RMBH") corporate action, RMBH will, subject to the fulfilment of the condition precedent set out in their announcement made on the 15 December 2010 and revised on 26 January 2011, unbundle the Rand Merchant Insurance Holdings Limited ("RMI") ordinary shares to be listed on 7 March 2011 to shareholders in the ratio of 1 RMI share for every 1 RMBH ordinary share held on the record date, 11 March 2011. As a result of the RMBH corporate action, an adjustment to the Terms and Conditions of RMHIDD may be required in order to leave RMHIDD Holders with the same financial position as prior to the unbundling, should such unbundling potentially cause RMHIDD to barrier. Should no adjustment be necessary, the RMI ordinary shares will be distributed to Holders of RMHIDD accordingly. Holders of RMHIDD will be notified on Friday, 4 March 2011 of the adjustment to the Terms and Conditions, if any, and the action to be taken by the Issuer.
