RAUBEX GROUP APPOINTS FELICIA MSIZA AND BRYAN KENT AS INDEPENDENT NON-EXECUTIVE 
DIRECTORS                                                                       
Raubex Group Limited ("Raubex" or "the Group"), the JSE-listed road construction
and rehabilitation company, has appointed Ms. Ntombi Felicia Msiza and Mr. Bryan
Hugh Kent as independent non-executive directors to the Board of Raubex with    
immediate effect.                                                               
Felicia is currently the Head of Internal Audit at the Independent Development  
Trust. Previously with Group Five, Sappi and the National Treasury, she has     
extensive experience in the field of governance, including auditing and risk    
management. Felicia is a director at the Institute of Internal Auditors of South
Africa.                                                                         
Bryan is a financial consultant and a director on the boards of Anchor Yeast,   
Cadiz, Country Bird, Emira Property Fund and Setpoint Technologies.

Following these appointments, the board now consists of six non-executive
