OLI - O-line Holdings Limited - Trading Statement O-line Holdings Limited (Incorporated in the Republic of South Africa) (Registration number: 2006/034685/06) Share code: OLI ISIN code: ZAE000110730 ("O-line" or "the Company") TRADING STATEMENT In terms of paragraph 3.4 (b) of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, companies are required to publish a trading statement as soon as they are satisfied that a reasonable degree of certainty exists that the financial results for the period to be reported on next will differ by at least 20% from the financial results for the previous corresponding period. Shareholders are hereby advised that O-line is currently finalising its results for the interim period ended 31 December 2010. Accordingly, a review of the financial results for the interim period ended 31 December 2010, has indicated that earnings per share ("EPS") is expected to be between 146% and 166% higher than the EPS for the previous corresponding interim period and headline earnings per share ("HEPS") is expected to be between 138% and 158% higher than the HEPS for the previous corresponding interim period. The results for the interim period ended 31 December 2010 are expected to be released on SENS early to middle March 2011. The financial information on which this trading statement is based has not been reviewed or reported on by the company`s auditors.
