Mr Andersen, a qualified Chartered Accountant, has worked at various financial institutions and serves as chairman and director of various listed and un-listed companies. Shareholders are advised that Mr Marius Smith, will be retiring as non-executive director of the Group, including its subsidiary, Sasfin Bank Limited with effect from 31 March 2011. The board wishes to thank Mr Smith for his valuable contribution to the Group over the past 11 years.
