LHG - Litha Healthcare Group Limited - Trading Update LITHA HEALTHCARE GROUP LIMITED (Formerly Myriad Medical Holdings Limited) Incorporated in the Republic of South Africa (Registration number 2006/006371/06) Share code: LHG, ISIN: ZAE000144671 ("the company") TRADING UPDATE Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on the Securities Exchange News Service on 9 February 2011 and are advised that the headline earnings per share for the year ended 31 December 2010 will be between 130% and 150% higher than headline earnings per share for the seven months ended 31 December 2009. Earnings per share for the year ended 31 December 2010 will be between 110% and 130% higher earnings per share for the seven months ended 31 December 2009. This is partly due to the current year incorporating results from trading for a full 12 months compared with the previous comparative period which incorporated results from trading for seven months. The company had changed its year-end from 31 May to 31 December in 2009. If the headline earnings per share and earnings per share for the seven months ended 31 December 2009 were annualised for comparative purposes then: headline earnings per share for the year ended 31 December 2010 would be between 30% and 50% higher than the annualised headline earnings for the period ended December 2009; and earnings per share for the year ended 31 December 2010 would be between 20% and 40% higher than the annualised earnings per share for the period ended December 2009. The above information has not been reviewed or reported on by the company`s auditors. 15 February 2011 Sponsor Java Capital Date: 15/02/2011 12:51:01 Supplied by www.sharenet.co.za Produced by the JSE SENS Department.
