NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING AND POSTING OF CIRCULAR CONTAINING A NOTICE OF 
GENERAL MEETING                                                                 
Further to the Annual General Meeting that was adjourned on 19 August 2010,     
shareholders are advised that the Annual General Meeting will be held on        
Wednesday, 9 March 2011 at 09:00 at the Glenhove Conference Centre, 52 Glenhove 
Road, Melrose Estate, Houghton, Johannesburg.                                   
Shareholders are further advised that a circular, dated 11 February 2011,       
containing details of the definitive transaction in respect of the total        
financing solution for the development of the Company`s core Frischgewaagd-Ledig
Project, was posted on 11 February 2011 ("the Circular").                       
The Circular includes a notice of a General Meeting of Shareholders, convened   
for Wednesday, 9 March 2011 at 10:00 at the Glenhove Conference Centre, 52      
Glenhove Road, Melrose Estate, Houghton, Johannesburg for the purpose of        
considering, and if deemed fit, passing with or without modification, the       
resolutions pertaining to, inter alia, an increase in the authorized share      
capital of the company and a specific issue of shares for cash.                 
The notice of the Annual General Meeting will be posted with the Circular.
