NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING                        
Shareholders are advised that Austro`s annual report, incorporating the audited 
financial statements for the year ended 31 August 2009, was dispatched to       
shareholders and contains no changes to the reviewed consolidated financial     
results which were announced on SENS on 22 November 2010.                       
The annual report contains a notice of annual general meeting, which will be    
held at the offices of the company at 1125 Leader Road, Stormill Ext 4,         
Roodepoort, Gauteng on 1 March 2011 at 13h00.
