QPG - Quatum Property Group Limited - Changes to the board of directors QUATUM PROPERTY GROUP LIMITED Incorporated in the Republic of South Africa (Registration number 1984/002788/06) Share code: QPG ISIN: ZAE000125647 ("QPG" or "the company") CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited, notification is hereby given of the following changes to QPG`s board of directors ("the Board") effective from 7 February 2011: - Mark Raymond Taitz has resigned as Financial Director of the company. Mark will remain on at QPG until 31 March 2011 to serve out his notice period and to assist in the process, which has already been initiated, of formally appointing a new Financial Director. - Ian Levitt has resigned as an Independent Non-Executive director of the company. - The Board thanks Mr Taitz and Mr Levitt for their contributions to the company and wishes them well in their future endeavours. - Gary Neil Shaff, an Executive Director of QPG, will also fulfil the role of Chief Executive Officer until the process of formally appointing a new Chief Executive Officer is finalised. - Tessa Margot Wolpe has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director of the company. Tessa started her career in the film industry in the United Kingdom where she gained valuable experience in both the production and the accounting side for 23 years. After returning to South Africa in 1998, she established a film, commercials, stills and corporate hiring company with her husband, which has been successfully running for just over 12 years. Tessa holds a degree in textile design, and the Board looks forward to her contribution to the company.
