COM - Comair Limited - Trading statement Comair Limited (Incorporated in the Republic of South Africa) Reg. No. 1967/006783/06 ISIN Code: ZAE000029823 Share Code: COM ("Comair") TRADING STATEMENT In terms of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, companies are required to publish a trading statement as soon as they are satisfied that a reasonable degree of certainty exists that the financial results for the period to be reported on will differ by 20% or more from the financial results for the previous corresponding period. Shareholders are hereby advised that Comair is currently finalising its results for the six months ended 31 December 2010. Accordingly, a review of the financial results for the six months ended 31 December 2010 by management, has indicated that earnings per share and headline earnings per share are expected to be approximately 10 cents per share. This represents an increase of approximately 23% to 28% in earnings per share and headline earnings per share compared to the first 6 months of the previous year. The financial information on which this trading statement is based has not been reviewed and reported on by Comair`s external auditors. The results for the six months ended 31 December 2010 are expected to be released on SENS by 16 February 2011.
