Notice is given that the company has declared dividend number 124 (5.5 cents)   
and 125 (5.5 cents) amounting in total to 11 cents per share on its 5.5%        
cumulative preference shares for 30 June 2010 and 31 December 2010,             
respectively. The relevant dates are as follows:
