Evraz Highveld will now embark on the process associated with the execution and registration of the mining rights. The conversion of the mining right comes after Evraz Highveld concluded a meaningful and sustainable black economic empowerment transaction, which will result in 26% of the economic and voting interest in Mapochs Mine (Proprietary) Limited being held by Historically Disadvantaged South Africans.
