Limited, Dorbyl advises that Mr T van Wyk will retire from the Board of         
Directors of Dorbyl ("the Board") with effect from midnight, 31 January 2011.   
The Board would like to thank Mr van Wyk for his contribution to the Company    
and wishes him well for the future.
