In compliance with AIM rules, Eastern Platinum Limited ("Eastplats" or the      
"Company") reports on the following transaction by a Director in the Company`s  
common shares.                                                                  
On January 27, 2011, Mr. John Andrews, a non-executive director of the Company, 
notified the Company that he sold 328,412 common shares in the Company at an    
average price of US$1.7531 per share for total proceeds of US$575,738.08 on     
January 24, 2011.  After this transaction, Mr. Andrews does not hold any common 
shares of Eastplats.
