RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING                                               
Shareholders are advised that, at the Annual General Meeting of the Company     
held at 14h00 on Thursday, 27 January 2011, all of the special and ordinary     
resolutions set out in the Notice to Shareholders dated 24 December 2010 were   
passed by the requisite majority. The special resolution will be lodged with    
the Companies and Intellectual Property Registration Office for registration.
