Mr Theodore van Wyk has retired as an executive director from the Board of      
Remgro (the "Board") with effect from midnight, 31 January 2011. Mr Van Wyk     
also served on the Management Board.                                            
The Board wishes to thank him for his valuable contribution over many years.
