Salient Dates and Times The revised salient dates in respect of the Name Change and the sub- division of the share capital on a 10:1 basis ("the Sub-Division") are set out below: 2011 Finalisation date in respect of the Name Change Friday, 21 January and Sub-Division on Last day to trade in shares in the name of Cenmag Friday, 28 January and with a par value of R0.01 (one cent) each on Change of name of company from Cenmag Holdings Monday, 31 January Limited to Capricorn Investment Holdings Limited effective from the commencement of trading on Cenmag shares with a par value of R0.01 (one cent) Monday, 31 January each suspended Trading in Capricorn shares with a par value of Monday, 31 January R0.001 (one tenth of one cent) each commences at 09:00 under the new ISIN ZAE000149951, JSE Code CPN and abbreviated name CAPRICORN on Record date in respect of the Name Change and Sub- Friday, 4 February Division on Replacement certificates reflecting the Name Change and the Sub-division will be posted to shareholders whose Cenmag share certificates and forms of surrender have been received by 12:00 on Friday, 4 February 2011 on or about Monday, 7 February If share certificates and forms of surrender have not been received by 12:00 on Friday, 4 February 2011, replacement share certificates will be posted within five business days of receipt of share certificates and forms of surrender Monday, 7 February Shareholders holding dematerialised shares will Monday, 7 February have their accounts at their CSDP or broker updated on Cenmag shares with a par value of R0.01 (one cent) Monday, 7 February each terminated at the commencement of trade on Last day, being six months after constitution of Monday, 20 June the company as a cash shell, by which the company has to enter an agreement and make an announcement relating to the acquisition of viable assets to satisfy the conditions for listing in terms of the JSE Listings Requirements, failing which the listing will be suspended, on or about Note: Share certificates in the name of Cenmag in respect of shares with a par value of R0.01 (one cent) each may not be dematerialised or rematerialised after Friday, 28 January 2011.
