Further to the cautionary announcement published on SENS on 7 December 2010 and 
announcements made on 25 June, 26 July, 3 September and 30 September 2010,      
SacOil shareholders are advised that the company is still considering various   
proposals and potential transactions, which if successfully concluded, may have 
a material effect on the price of SacOil`s securities. Accordingly, SacOil      
shareholders are advised to continue to exercise caution when dealing in the    
company`s securities until a full announcement in this regard is made.
