Further to the announcement released by the company on 15 December 2010 advising
shareholders of the termination of the sale of assets transaction and secondly  
advising shareholders of the sale of the Castle Timbers business to Cape        
Sawmills Properties (Pty) Ltd, shareholders are advised that caution is no      
longer required to be exercised when dealing in the company`s securities.
