BDM - Buildmax Limited - Changes to the board of directors Buildmax Limited (Registration No. 1995/012209/06) Share Code: BDM ISIN Code: ZAE000011250 ("Buildmax") CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS In compliance with section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, shareholders are advised that: - Malcolm McCulloch has been appointed as a non-executive director of Buildmax; - Independent non-executive chairman, Colin Wood has stepped down from his position as chairman of the remuneration committee; and - Independent non-executive director, Colin Brayshaw has been appointed as chairman of the remuneration committee in Colin Wood`s place. The changes detailed in this announcement are effective immediately, and are being implemented so as to ensure Buildmax`s continued corporate governance compliance. Mr McCulloch is a chartered accountant with over 15 years experience in infrastructure development, general construction and project management.
