Further to the cautionary announcements dated 29 July 2010,10 September 2010, 22
October 2010 and 30 November 2010 ,respectively, shareholders are advised that  
discussions are still in progress, which if successfully concluded may have a   
material effect on the price of the company`s securities.                       
Accordingly, shareholders are advised to continue exercising caution when       
dealing in the company`s securities until a full announcement is made.
