posted to shareholders on Tuesday, 28 December 2010, and contains no            
modifications to the audited results which were announced on SENS on Monday, 06 
December 2010.                                                                  
NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING                                                
Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of Pioneer Foods will be 
held at Lemoenkloof Guest House, Paarl on Friday, 18 February 2011, at 09h00 to 
transact the business as set out in the notice of the Annual General Meeting    
contained in the annual report.
