RBX - Raubex Group Limited - Voluntary trading statement in respect of the six months ended 31 August 2010 Raubex Group Limited (Previously Lexpub 49 Investments Limited) (Incorporated in the Republic of South Africa) (Registration number 2006/023666/06) JSE Share code: RBX ISIN: ZAE000093183 ("Raubex" or the "Company") Voluntary Trading Statement in Respect of the Six Months Ended 31 August 2010 Shareholders are advised that Raubex expects its earnings per share and headline earnings per share for the six months period ended 31 August 2010 to be between 0% and 10% lower compared to the corresponding period to 31 August 2009. This translates in earnings per share of 145.17 to 161.30 cents per share and headline earnings per share of 143.46 to 159.40 cents per share. Key factors influencing the Group performance in the first half of the year include the negative impact of the Rand`s strength on the Zambian operations and the increased competition in the roads infrastructure sector resulting in increased pressure on margins. The financial information on which this trading statement is based has not been reviewed or reported on by the company`s auditors. The release of the interim results for the six months ended 31 August 2010 is anticipated to be published on or about 8 November 2010.
