CGR - Calgro M3 Holdings Limited - Trading Statement CALGRO M3 HOLDINGS LIMITED (Incorporated in the Republic of South Africa) (Registration Number 2004/030045/06) Share code: CGR ISIN: ZAE000109203 ("Calgro M3" or "the company" or "the Group") TRADING STATEMENT In accordance with paragraph 3.4 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, a listed company is required to publish a trading statement as soon as they are satisfied that a reasonable degree of certainty exists, that the financial results for the next period to be reported on are likely to vary by more than 20% from the previous corresponding period. Calgro M3 wishes to advise shareholders that the company expects a decrease in the earnings per share ("EPS") for the six months ending 31 August 2010 ("the interim period") of more than 20% compared to the EPS reported on in the prior comparative period. The company expects to generate a profit in headline earnings per share ("HEPS") for the interim period compared to a headline loss per share reported on in the previous corresponding period. Once the Company has obtained a reasonable degree of certainty on the actual range of the decrease in EPS and the increase in the HEPS, a further trading statement will be released. The information in this trading statement has not been reviewed or reported on by Calgro M3`s auditors.
