The options have been granted in terms of the MiX performance option scheme and/or phantom performance scheme and in addition to the normal vesting periods are conditional on: - total annual shareholder return in excess of 5% (linked to the share price performance) in the case of certain of the options; and - the MiX share price reaching R5 per share in the case of the balance of the options.
