2) Acquisition of Shares by Gary Yardley                                        
In accordance with DTR 3.1.2, the Company was notified on 4 June 2010 that Gary 
Yardley, the Company`s Investment Director, purchased 50,000 ordinary shares of 
25p each at 103.6356p per share on 1 June 2010.  Gary Yardley`s shareholding in 
the Company is now 150,211 ordinary shares of 25p each (0.024%).
