Limited, notice is hereby given that Mr David Lannon Haworth has retired as an  
executive director of Illovo on 31 May 2010.                                    
Appreciation is expressed to Mr Haworth for his valued role in a number of      
executive positions during his 11 year tenure with the Illovo group.
