The company wishes to advise that as applicant at the instance of its board of  
directors, is applying to the South Gauteng High Court Johannesburg on Tuesday  
25th of May 2010 for its liquidation based on the precarious cash flow          
situation.                                                                      
In light of this, the company has requested that the listing on the JSE be      
suspended.
