The special resolution will be lodged for registration with the Companies and Intellectual Property Registration Office and a finalisation announcement confirming the registration thereof will be released on SENS on or about 11 March 2010. Further announcements regarding the results of the odd-lot offer and specific offer to repurchase shares will be made following the closing of the odd-lot offer and specific offer to repurchase shares on 26 March 2010.
