RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING AND APPROVAL OF CHANGE OF NAME                
Linked unitholders are advised that, at Redefine`s annual general meeting on    
Thursday, 4 February 2010, all of the resolutions contained in the notice of    
annual general meeting dated Tuesday, 8 December 2009, were passed by the       
requisite majorities, other than shareholders ordinary resolution number 2 and  
debenture holder special resolution number 2 in respect of the issue of linked  
units for cash which were not passed.                                           
The special resolution relating to the change of name of the company to Redefine
Properties Limited will be lodged with the Companies and Intellectual Property  
Registration Office for registration.
