realise value from its last remaining operation, being Delta EMD South Africa,  
which process might result in the disposal of that operation. This process might
have a material effect on the price of the Company`s securities and accordingly,
shareholders are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the Company`s      
securities until a further announcement is made.
