PPC - Pretoria Portland Cement Company Limited - PPC Announces Two Changes To The Board Of Directors Pretoria Portland Cement Company Limited (Incorporated in the Republic of South Africa) (Company registration number: 1892/000667/06) JSE Code: PPC ISIN: ZAE000125886 ("PPC" or "the company") PPC ANNOUNCES TWO CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS PPC is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Salim Abdul Kader, an existing executive director of PPC, as the Managing Director of its cement operations in South Africa and Mr. Sello Helepi as Executive Director responsible for Organisational Performance and Transformation with effect 1 December 2009. Salim holds a BSc degree in biochemistry and an MBA (cum laude) from the University of Stellenbosch. He joined PPC in 2004 and was appointed to the PPC board in May 2005 as executive director responsible for Organisational Performance and Transformation. His intimate knowledge of PPC will stand him in good stead in his new role. Sello holds a BEd (hons) from Avondale College and a BEd Studs (hons) from the University of Newcastle in Australia. He has many years experience in human resource management in the mining industry. Sello joined PPC in 2007 as Group Transformation Manager and was appointed Executive: Transformation in 2008. Sello is welcomed to the Board of Directors.
