Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of the Company will be   
held at 35 Third Street, Wynberg, Sandton on Wednesday, 10 February 2010 at     
10h00 to transact the business as stated in the annual general meeting notice   
forming part of the Annual Financial Statements.
