Further to the finalization announcement published on 6 November 2009, the      
Company wishes to advise that the form of instruction in respect of the Rights  
Offer has been registered by CIPRO and all conditions precedent have now been   
met.                                                                            
Accordingly, the dates for the rights offer, as previously published in the     
finalization announcement remain unchanged.
